Need help with a relationship date, reminder, widget or BeLoved Premium subscription? Email us and we’ll help you get it sorted.

Helpful details to include

• Your BeLoved version and build number
• Your iPhone model and iOS version
• What you expected to happen and what happened instead

Common fixes

The widget is not updating

Open BeLoved to refresh your relationship details, then wait briefly for iOS to update the widget. If necessary, remove the widget from your Home Screen and add it again.

Reminders are not arriving

Check that notifications are allowed for BeLoved in iOS Settings and that the reminder is enabled for the date you want to celebrate.

BeLoved Premium is missing

Open the Premium screen and choose “Restore Purchases”. Your subscription is restored through the App Store account that originally subscribed.

A photo is not appearing in the widget

Open BeLoved, confirm the photo you want is selected, and return to the Home Screen. iOS may take a short time to refresh the widget.
